Assetz's form states in terms that the booking and allotment process has not yet been opened to the public, that prices vary by tower, unit type, facing and floor at the time of allotment, that all marketing collateral is conceptual and indicative only, and that the indicated selling price and unit area are tentative and subject to change on final approvals. Since Assetz Sublime Hoskote has no Karnataka RERA registration on file as of 18 August 2026, none of the figures published anywhere - here or elsewhere - are registered figures. Ask for everything in writing, and pay nothing beyond a refundable expression of interest until a registration number exists.
